I know lots of women who skip breakfast, and they have a ton of different excuses for doing it. Some say they don't have time, others think they're "saving" calories by eliminating a meal, still others just don't like breakfast food.
But the bottom line is, eating in the morning is crucial when you're trying to trim down. "Eating just about anything in the range of 300 to 400 calories would be better than nothing at all," says SELF contributor Katherine Brooking, R.D., who developed the super-easy eating plan for this year's SELF Challenge. And even pizza can be healthy if it's thin-crust, loaded with veggies, and you stick to one slice.
Breakfast is one meal I never miss (my favorite morning combo includes Fage nonfat yogurt topped with fresh fruit and low-carb granola, yum!), and the same goes for most weight loss success stories.
Research shows that eating breakfast revs up your metabolism, keeps you from overeating later in the day and may even help sleekify your abs. Researchers at the University of Southern California at Los Angeles found that breakfast skippers have bigger tummies than those who regularly have a morning meal.
So eat something in the morning, anything. I know plenty of pals who end up forgoing it altogether to have just coffee or cola. I say, try heating up last night's leftovers-it may sound crazy, but if it works for you, do it!

3I agree with you.. Pizza can be very healthy as long as its not order out thick crust loaded with extra cheese and pepperoni!! If you made it at home and (like you said) its loaded with veggies, why not? I love pizza anytime of the day
I hate eating breakfast as well so my solution has been a fruit/protein smoothie every morning with my coffee. Low fat yogurt, soy powder, soy milk or juice, a banana, and a handful of frozen fruit in the blender.. I recommend it to anyone that has problems eating in the AM.
4thats true i can c where u commin 4m...but i just have a hrd time eating in public soo like i dont eat a skool soo when it comes 2 breakfast i could do better than the pizza

9well...um i dont no..im really skinny but when i eat i feel like im gonna get fat again!and so when i eat in skool well i just get that wierd feeling...and besides kids at skool pick on me when i eat...ill bring something healthy and theyll be all like ooo fat chick is eating healthy and then theyll go and pick on mi and go is because u think ur fat!!or when i bring something out of line and theyll pick on mi and say im fat...so i just have a hard time eating in public=[

11yeah thank god...lolz...but i doin better when i dont eat there...but that has an effect to where i have a hard time eating in public...oh wellz...but im in jh....so ill have to deal with 4 a little whil longer...lol...but hey hteyve learned that they can pick on me but if they try start some stuff with me then they r goin down and their goin down hard!so it all good there afraid of me but try 2 act tuffer than me by makin remarks but they no me and no wat kinda dammage i can do...and no im not a bully i just mess around

Hmm.. If they're making eating at school so hard, maybe you can try to work on eating in public outside of school. If this continues for too long it will probably become harder and harder, know what I mean?

I have been known to eat heated up left overs in the morning...
I am not a breakfast person...So I usually end up eating brunch instead...
Mind you...I have read that exercising in the morning before breakfast is more effective...Something to do with your body burning fat quicker...rather then using the energy from carbs...
