So I will be brave and post my before pic and hopefully Ill get to post the after before the end of year. Ive given myself till august to loose 50 lbs Im 3 lbs into it. Ill post every 20 lbs.

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Beef and Brocoli, Rice, Lo Mein and 2 pieces of Sweet and Sour Chicken (yea I had chinese food Ill blame it partially on Mandies chinese new year it killed me ;) )Oh and a DR pepper I ran out of water.
Snack: Pack of these special K snack thingys A Granola Bar
about 32 oz of water
Workout 30 minute circuit training 60 seconds at each station 1 and 1/2 times around. You can check out the workout here on the website http://ladiesworkoutexpress.com/workout/index.html (yea I am gay I dont know the html to do links)
Also Im using Sparkpeople.com its free and I like there way to track my meals and calories by there and My calculations watching my calories and working out I can be at my ideal weight by August for sure.

I started today out right. 2 oz of milk and a packet of instant oatmeal. 2 bottles of water and then came out late lunch / dinner.

Workout
20 minutes in sauna (burns 600 calories)
2 rounds (work out 30 seconds at 15 stations each chair targets a different area hip, abs, legs, arms squats weights runing in place stepping things like that)
20 minute work out.
Breakfast Frosted Mini wheats
snack slim fast
Lunch 2 slices of pizza (again a meal that the kiddo will eat)
snack slimfast
Dinner Seasoned Chicken cooked on bbq Green Beans Rice
My first work out was wow. lol Your supposed to go for 3 rounds but I didnt want to push it on my first workout.

I know I havent been able to post along side you guys and comment but I am reading. My arms are usually to full to type lol
But tomorrow mark 4 weeks post partum for me and I will be slowly starting to work out. Lucky for me in my area they were looking for 25 women to go to the womens fitness center and use there machines (treadmills bikes elipticals etc) and for 2 of those days spend some time in there sauna to get some testimonial for weightloss.
